Your team will cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your collective technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful sourcing strategies which promote various methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire the best Band members for Spotify. You will empower your team to build relationships within the industry to identify the right talent and channels to target. In this role you’ll build effective relationships with leaders across the business, demonstrate your ability to innovate, and have a strong focus on our foundational remit while building and coaching your team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead, you will build a team of talent sourcers who design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that directly impact the flow of global talent across Spotify.
